This retreat was inspired by the game changing Sahar Hashemi OBE for the women of Buy Women Built, a UK-based movement that has transformed female-founded businesses, boosted their growth and is building a huge amount of awareness towards a more equitable economic landscape.
This a chance for female founders to prioritise themselves, rest deeply, and reconnect with their inner power alongside other inspiring women.

Why we chose Fowlescombe.
Fowlescombe is the place to be, freshly opened, it’s the retreat centre that everyone wants to visit. We spoke to Caitlin Owens, one of the owners and masterminds behind the scenes and fell in love with her and the nature of the way they do business, their ethos, their values and their kind and welcoming energy made it any easy choice for us to make this our all girls winter retreat for 2025.
Why bring female founders together? Because when women come together, connections happen, stories are shared, support is given and doors open. It’s in these spaces where the relationships of a lifetime are built. We’ve chosen to bring everyone to South Devon this winter. We look forward to bringing everyone together for delicious suppers, stunning walks in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Come and cosy up around the fire together with us.

Every supper and retreat is intentionally designed to create meaningful connections. We don’t just curate experiences, we curate the rooms, we run multiple experiences so we can intensionally put you in the right room for you and your business.

Let us know you’d like to be part of the experience by submitting a request to join below.
There’s no commitment upfront and no need to pay just yet. Once we’ve reviewed your request, an email will be released and a whats app invation sent. From there, you simply confirm and pay to secure your spot.
All spaces are offered to our members first, and then to guests who have applied to join us. Booking are then taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
